Processing orders

Order processing may vary depending on the products, processing time is generally 1-3 working days, excluding pre-orders and other indications mentioned on the product sheet. Any order placed after noon will be processed the next business day.

We would like to point out the difference between processing the order (the time for us to prepare and send the order) and shipment (the delivery time announced by the carrier).

Orders are never processed on weekends and public holidays, please take this into account when placing your order.

Regarding after-sales service, we ask that you allow us a processing time of between 24 and 48 working hours, we do our best to process your requests as quickly as possible. We do not work on weekends and therefore no response can be obtained outside of weekday working days.

Our different shipping methods

Not all shipping methods have insurance, this means that if your package is lost, we are under no obligation to replace/refund it. Please take this into account when choosing the carrier.

Belgium

  • BPost: €3,30 with insurance up to €500 and signature, 1-2 working days* once the package has been processed**
France
  • Bpost: €5,50 with insurance up to €500 and signature, 1-2 working days* once the package has been processed**
  • DHL Express: 11,50€ 24/48 hours (working) once the package has been processed**

Europe & rest of the world

If a country is not on the list of countries where we deliver, you can contact us so that we add it.

For all shipments outside Europe, any customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

*Please note that delivery services may unfortunately experience delays in the processing and/or delivery of packages, this is beyond our control. We therefore cannot act on these elements. An order cannot be canceled while it is still in transit.

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed or damaged by delivery services. If the delivery of a parcel has been delayed for an abnormally long time, we will have to submit a request for investigation in order to determine whether the parcel is lost or simply delayed. The customer will then have to complete a declaration of non-receipt of the package which will allow us to obtain reimbursement for the goods lost by the delivery services. A replacement of the products will be sent to the customer once the delivery services have declared the package lost. We cannot replace or refund your order until the carrier declares your package as officially lost or declares your package as eligible for damage package insurance (€500). As a result, we are dependent on the carrier's processing time for your case, this can take several days and up to several weeks.

For France and Belgium: if you have not heard from your shipment beyond 10 working days after your order (i.e. the maximum processing time + the maximum delivery time), you have 14 days for us report this. Beyond this deadline, we consider that your package has been delivered in good and due form.

If the delivery does not succeed due to an error in the delivery address entered by the customer, the latter is responsible for the delivery costs incurred for the return and resending of the goods.
